Osvaldo Chavez To Try Out With United States National Team!

We are proud to announce that Osvaldo Chavez from our Under-15 Team is going to try-out with the Under-15 United States National Team.  The dates that he will be trying out are from December 12 to December 19.  We wish him the best of luck and hope he gets selected!

Javier McDonald

Javier McDonald a native of Chihuahua City, Ch, Mexico, was a member of the 1989 UTEP Miners club soccer team that won a national Championship.  Javier has been a scout for Mexican First Division Teams America and Atlas.

A longtime youth coach In El Paso, McDonald won three state Championships with his youth teams and has won a number of Tournament Titles in Mexico and U. S.

In 1993, McDonald earned his coaching diploma from the FMF Mexican Soccer Federation.  Javier also earned the USYS D License.  McDonald was head coach at Cathedral High School from 2000-2003.

In 2008, Javier was named Head Coach of the most popular Club in El Paso, the El Paso Patriots.

Javier is currently the Head Coach of the Under 14 Mexicas.  Mexicas 95’ is going to represent El Paso, TX, in the USYSNC State Cup June 6-7 in Austin, TX.  Mexicas won the Little Caesar Sun Bowl Tournament in 2008.  They also won the Strikers Cup in 2009 which was held in New Mexico.  Mexicas was a Semi-finalist in the President’s Cup In Phoenix, AZ., 2009.

Mexicas Joined Border Youth Soccer Academy in 2009 and won the State Championship on June 7, 2009.
